There is a short 1,100’ easement from FM 2059 to the ranch's entrance. From Robert Lee, you can take Hwy 158 toward Sterling City for 12 miles and turn north on FM 2059. The gate is approximately 8.5 miles from the intersection of FM 2059 and Hwy 158. FM 2059 connects Hwy 158 and Hwy 208; from the intersection of Hwy 208 and FM 2059, the ranch is approximately 8 miles to the gate. See the map link for the location map.

  • The terrain is rugged on portions of the ranch. There are great views from the elevated hilltops and good bottomland.
  • The property has one mile of river frontage along the Colorado River. There is one surface pond centrally located on the ranch. Water for the house is stored in a poly storage tank equipped with a jet pump and pressure tank. Fresh water is delivered for about $200 per load. The current owner has tried to drill a well on the property, but there are wells on neighboring properties.
