Located 2.5 miles east of Bronte on the south side of Hwy 158 in Coke County, Texas. Bronte is located 31 miles north of San Angelo Texas on Hwy 277.

The property is located on the north bank of the Colorado River and has a combination of native pasture and farm land on the north part of the ranch. The north cultivation consist of about 100 acres in cultivation. There are some smaller fields/food plots down toward the river. The remaining land is in native pasture with a cover of cedar and mesquite. There are some larger pecans trees down near the river.

The terrain is hilly to level in various portions of the ranch. The central portion of the ranch has some good views from the higher elevation points.

The property has a few surface tanks, and a larger conservation lake that holds during wetter years. There is a solar water well on the property, equipped with solar panel and sub-pump.

The property is fenced on the boundaries, there are no structures on the property.

The ranch has good recreational appeal with good wildlife populations, and the river along the south boundary.
