Located in Sutton County, the ranch is southeast of Sonora, TX. The ranch is accessed by way of an easement off of CR 316. Direction to the ranch from Sonora are as follows, take FM 1691 (Bond Road) south east out of Sonora for 8.14 miles then turn left (east) on CR 316, travel east for 4.63 miles to locked gate. The ranch is typical of the western hill country with limestone rolling hills and live oak trees. The ranch is presently used for livestock grazing and hunting. Access to the ranch is by way of easement.
The terrain rolling live oak covered hills typical of the western hill country. The elevation of the ranch ranges from 2200' to 2300' in elevation.
Water to the ranch is provided by one water well located near the hunting cabins. There is a large concrete/rock reservoir with swimming deck built off one side. The tank provides water via gravity to troughs for livestock and wildlife.
