There is one unequipped well located on the property, and one old windmill location that has been abandoned. There is one well along the highway near the property lined that was used for water supply during the highway construction.
The property is unimproved range land and is only fenced on the east boundary along the high way frontage on FM 1450.
There are some mule deer in the area. There is also dove and quail on the property.
